Joe Foti joined Chrome Hearts in 1990 at its inception to oversee the Art and Science Division. By 2002 Foti By Chrome Hearts was born during their first exhibition in Tokyo called “Fisting Scars”. From there Foti created figurines that later became jewelry, art and clothing for the brand.
