GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE — MAISON GUAVA
ARTICLE 1 — COMPANY INFORMATION
Maison Guava, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 920 337 334, with registered office at 10 rue Brown-Séquard, 75015 Paris, France (the “Company”), sells clothing, accessories and lifestyle products through its website www.maisonguava.com (the “Website”).

ARTICLE 2 — PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the Website.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms without reservation.
ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale include clothing, accessories and lifestyle items.
The Company makes every effort to ensure accurate descriptions and visuals. However, minor variations may occur and shall not engage the Company’s liability.
ARTICLE 4 — ORDERS
The customer selects products and confirms the order after reviewing its details.
The order becomes final upon successful payment.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including disputes or suspected fraud.
ARTICLE 5 — PRICES
Prices are displayed in euros, including taxes.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 6 — PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna and any other option available on the Website.
Transactions are secured via third-party payment providers.
ARTICLE 7 — DELIVERY
The Company ships worldwide.
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are calculated at checkout before order confirmation.
Delivery times are indicative. Orders are generally delivered within 24 hours in France (express) and within 48 hours internationally.
The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers or customs procedures.
Custom duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal or inability to deliver, the parcel may be returned to the Company. No automatic reshipment will be made.
ARTICLE 8 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt to return products.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Returns can be initiated via email or through the return portal available on the Website.
Return shipping costs are covered by Maison Guava.
Refunds are issued within fourteen (14) days after receipt and inspection of returned items.
ARTICLE 9 — IN-STORE RETURNS
Products purchased in store are not eligible for refunds.
Customers may request an exchange or store credit within thirty (30) days, provided the product is returned in its original condition with receipt.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Tax-free purchases are not eligible for return.
Store credit is valid for one (1) year, usable both in store and online, and is non-refundable.
ARTICLE 10 — WARRANTIES
Products benefit from applicable legal warranties.
Improper use voids these warranties.
ARTICLE 11 — LIABILITY
The Company shall not be liable for indirect damages.
ARTICLE 12 — FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to force majeure events.
ARTICLE 13 — PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy.
ARTICLE 14 — GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by French law.
