What is your return policy?

MAISON GUAVA has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 business days from the delivery date of your order to return it to our return center for a refund. Items must be sent back in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tags, etc.), using the documents provided in the package.

Do I need to register my return?

If you wish to return a parcel, you must send an email to to receive a return label.

Can I make an exchange?

We do not offer an exchange service. You can return your order for a refund and place a new order.

How do I return my parcel?

You can return your order within 14 days of its receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by all accessories and packaging. Please note that all returns must be sent using the prepaid label provided by email following your return request. MAISON GUAVA cannot be held responsible for shipping costs or lost parcels if the order is sent by another carrier. Follow the steps below to return your order:

- Fill out your return form and place it in your parcel.
- Attach your DHL return label to the parcel.
- Drop off your parcel at a DHL drop-off point.

Do I have to pay if I want to return my order?

You do not have to pay any shipping fees in advance. A prepaid label will be sent to you by email following a return request made within the allotted time.

The item I received is defective, what should I do?

You must contact our customer service by email or phone. You have 3 days from the receipt of the order to notify our service of a defect on a received item.

What are your refund processing times?

We process the refund for your order within 14 business days from the date of its receipt. Upon receiving the parcel, we verify all items before accepting your return and authorizing the refund. The refund will be made directly to the credit card or the same payment method used for the original payment in the same currency.

Can I return my order in-store?

You can return your item by going to our store at 48 Rue Cambon in Paris, in the 1st arrondissement. Your return will be handled on site.

Has my return been received?

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have authorized the refund for your returned item. We recommend that you note the tracking number on your return label to keep track of your return.
