Who Decides War was founded in 2018 by creative partners Everard Best, known as Ev Bravado, and Téla D'Amore, emerging from New York City's Lower East Side. Shaped by Best's early years in tailoring, the brand is built on craft, storytelling and a reimagining of American tradition.
